Because our prices are so low, and
to keep them low, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please choose
carefully before making your purchase. All details of our lace wigs are
shown in our photos. If you have questions about a lace wig, please
contact us before making your purchase. The only time we will offer an
exchange or store credit is when an error has been made on our part. If
this is the case, please contact us
immediately
(within 24 hours)

We do
not accept returns on wigs that have been altered in anyway. There
are NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Cut, Tear, Dye or Alter the Lace on the Wig

Put any Tape or Glue on the Wig

Please DO NOT
Put any hair products or chemicals, dye, etc. on the Wig

Please DO NOT
Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit

WASH OR CONDITION the Wig

WEAR the Wig

Please DO NOT
destroy the original packaging.
We DO
NOT issue refunds or exchanges. If we make an error in your order,
and you meet the terms and conditions listed above, you will
receive an exchange or store credit.
Important:
Always be careful when applying and removing your lace wig and follow
the application and care instructions booklet included with your lace
wig order.
